After the initial crime which involved a female and many youths there
was a great big outcry by females against the government for not doing
enough to crack down on certain crimes. A few months later more of these
types of incidents were being reported and even though there has been
much talk about this all over the world the problem is not reducing. In
this clip we see a man teasing a girl on a Delhi metro in the presence
of other men and nobody at any point stands up for the girl.
